Why a one-off payment and not a subscription

A wedding is one specific day, not a subscription. Charging monthly for something used for a few months and then no longer needed only makes the maths more confusing than it has to be.

You pay once and that is that. No renewals to remember and no charges to cancel after the wedding.

The number of guests does not change the price

This is the biggest difference from paper. With a printed invitation every extra guest is another unit of cost: more card, more envelopes, more stamps.

Here nothing is printed, so it makes no difference whether there are 40 of you or 300. The plan price is the same, with no per-person charges and no cost based on traffic.

What separates the three plans

It is not design quality: all three include the full invitation, built by us. What changes is which features are active and how fast you get it.

Essential covers the basics: full invitation, RSVP and a gallery of up to 50 photos, delivered in two weeks.

Premium adds what people ask for as the wedding grows: collaborative playlist, bus management, per-guest menu with allergies and an unlimited gallery, delivered in seven days.

VIP is Premium in a hurry: delivery in 48-72 hours and priority in the queue. It makes sense if you are short on time; otherwise you do not need it.

How it compares with a printed invitation

A printed wedding invitation in Spain usually runs between €2 and €5 per unit depending on the finish. For 120 guests that is €240 to €600, plus stamps if you post them and the time spent handing them out.

We do not say this to argue that paper is a bad idea: it has a sense of occasion that digital does not. But it is worth comparing real numbers, because the difference is not only price — a last-minute change on paper means reprinting.

Questions about pricing

Is there any cost beyond the plan price?

No. It is a one-off payment covering the built invitation, the link and every feature in the plan. No per-guest fees, no traffic charges, no maintenance subscription.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. If you find you need something from a higher plan once underway, you pay the difference; there is no need to start again.

When does the delivery time start counting?

From the moment you send us photos, text and your chosen style, not from payment. That is when we can genuinely start.

Can I see how it looks before paying?

Yes. The editor opens without signing up: try templates, colours and fonts and see the result on your phone before deciding anything.

What if the wedding is cancelled or postponed?

The invitation is still yours and the date changes at no cost. That is one of the advantages of nothing being printed.

How long does the invitation stay online?

Throughout the run-up to the wedding and after the day itself, so guests can keep browsing the photo gallery.
