One link that each guest opens in their own language: English, Spanish, French or Italian. No sending two different invitations, no translating anything twice.
There is no "his family's version" and "her family's version". It is the same invitation, adapting to whoever opens it.
Guests confirm, pick a meal and flag allergies in their own language. It all reaches you in one list.
Change the time once and it is corrected in all four languages at the same moment.
It is almost always handled badly, and not for want of trying. The usual approach is one invitation in one language with the translation sent separately on WhatsApp, or two separate invitations and two guest lists that someone has to reconcile later.
The second works until something changes. Then you have to remember to edit both, and it only takes one of them being missed for half the reception to arrive at the wrong time. It is the kind of mistake that stays invisible until the day itself.
And there is the part that is not logistics at all: a guest who gets the invitation in a language they do not read, with a translation stuck underneath, can tell perfectly well which family was the main one.
There is one invitation, with a language switcher. Each guest picks theirs and sees the whole thing translated: section headings, buttons, the RSVP form, the error messages and the dates in their country's format.
What you write yourselves — your names, the welcome text, the venue, any notes you add — you write in each language from the dashboard. Everything else, which is most of it, is already translated.
Replies all land in the same place, in your language, whichever one the guest filled in. There are no two lists to reconcile.
English, Spanish, French and Italian, and they are complete: not the menu translated and the rest left in Spanish, but the whole invitation and the entire RSVP process.
English also covers guests whose language is not on the list, who will usually manage better in English than in Spanish. For a wedding with German, Dutch or Nordic guests, it works in practice.
The obvious one is a couple of different nationalities, where half the guest list does not speak the other half's language. There it is not an improvement, it is a requirement.
Then there are weddings held in Spain with guests from elsewhere: couples living abroad who come back to marry here, or who choose Spain for the setting. There is usually a small but important group of guests who need to understand everything properly, especially the transport and the timings.
If all your guests share a language, this adds nothing for you — and you are not paying extra for it either. It is included anyway; you simply will not use it.
Only your own: names, welcome text and any notes you add. Everything else — sections, buttons, the RSVP form, system messages — is already translated.
The switcher sits at the top, with a flag for each language. Nobody needs it explained.
They reach you in your language, all in one list, even if a guest filled the form in Italian. The fields are the same; only how they saw them differs.
No. All four languages are included on all three plans, from €99. It is not a paid add-on.
Write to us and we will look at it case by case. What is finished and tested right now is those four.
You change it once and it is changed in all four languages. That is precisely what does not happen when you are running two separate invitations.
